We encourage open dialogue and expression, which requires an environment that recognizes the inherent worth of every person and group.

WorX attendees are responsible for promoting and creating a safe experience for all participants, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, nationality, age or religion. We ask that all attendees, participants, speakers, sponsors, partners and other guests behave respectfully. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the GBR staff immediately to address the issue.

A CULTURE OF INCLUSION

The WorX meeting brings together a diverse group of people and perspectives from around the world. Our goal is to create a respectful and inclusive gathering. While our attendees come from various regions/countries each year, we know there is more we can do to foster diversity. At GBR our pledge is to foster diversity and inclusion, and to continue assessing the event year after year and working toward that goal. Be well.
